Villa secure domain, nature and sea view Sainte-Maxime

La Tramontane is located on landscaped grounds of 3000 m2 in a prestigious, quiet and secure area 500 meters from the beach and a few minutes from the center.

Villa of character, designed by a renowned architect from the 80s, it is located in a green setting, facing Saint-Tropez and enjoys a pretty little sea view as well as the famous village.

The pleasure of this pretty bastide lies in the multitude of indoor and outdoor places where you can relax or chat with friends.

The interior of the house

The main part includes, on the garden level, a sleeping area with a master bedroom and a secondary bedroom with a shared bathroom with shower and WC.

On the same level, the house offers a kitchen open to the dining room, a large double living room with fireplace.

Upstairs you will find a library/television area on the mezzanine as well as a bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, separate toilets and a pretty terrace from which you can admire, through centuries-old pines, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

Under this main part, on the lower terrace, we find a charming apartment with independent entrance composed of two communicating bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Services

You will be welcomed by Audrey.

A pool specialist will come twice a week to clean and treat the pool. He will also be responsible for cleaning the area around the swimming pool and mowing the lawn in front of the house if necessary.

A team takes care of cleaning when you leave. In the event of an extended stay, you can request one or more additional passages at your own expense.

Linen

The rental of la-tramontane includes the provision of all household linen (fitted sheets, sheets or duvet covers depending on the season, bath towels and tablecloths.
Sarongs are also available for the swimming pool.

Heating and air conditioning
The 3 main bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning. All rooms are heated.
